Flaxseed oil is better known as linseed oil and has been known throughout history for use on problem skin. The ancient Romans and Egyptians were very aware of its soothing and emollient effects on the skin. In Ayurveda, it is known as Alasi and is used for sensual soothing caressing on damaged and damaged skin. This oil is rich in essential fatty acids (linoleic acid, linolenic acid) that replenish and rejuvenate tired, dull and tired skin, where it can be used alone or in masks, or wrapped to help it feel soft and supple.
